This mirror work guided meditation is designed to train our minds to let go of negative self-talk, limiting beliefs, and self-judgment, and to cultivate a sense of acceptance and love towards ourselves. We believe that mirror work is one of the most powerful and effective methods for learning to love and accept yourself and to see the world as a loving, accepting, and safe place – which is why we are giving this one away for free.

Mirror work is a unique meditation practice in which you will engage in meditation or self-reflection while looking into a mirror.
