The Mirror Work Guided Meditation Style

We believe that mirror work meditation is one of the most powerful and effective methods for learning to love and accept yourself and to see the world as a loving, accepting, and safe place – which is why we are giving this one away for free.

Mirror work is a unique meditation practice in which you will engage in meditation or self-reflection while looking into a mirror. It involves focusing on your reflection as you repeat affirmations, and explore the thoughts, emotions, and beliefs that arise. This can feel a bit awkward and challenging at first, but if you stick with it you can have incredible breakthroughs as you learn to cultivate a deeper connection with yourself, and enhance your self-awareness and self-compassion.

We encourage you to use the workbook to enrich your meditation and reflection experience. You will also need to find a comfortable, safe space to do this meditation either in front of a mirror or with a small, handheld pocket mirror.
